Operating Unit Reports:
Operating Unit reports provide compensation data at the organization level.  All reports are customized for each participating nonprofit, allowing it to quickly and easily compare its responses to relevant peer organizations by geographic location, annual revenue, and organizational focus.  Each report shows 1^st through 4^th quartile benchmark data on the following metrics:    

 

• Number of Organizations Reporting
• Number of Employees
• Employee Turnover
• Revenue per Employee
• Total Compensation as a % of Operating Expenses
• Annual Salary (total cost, cost as a % of operating expense)
• Incentive/Bonus (total costs, % of employees eligible, cost as % of operating expenses, max. bonus as % of salary)
• Benefits (total cost, % of employees participating, cost as % of operating expenses)

Job Family Reports:
Job Family reports provide compensation data for a group of related benchmark jobs in the survey.  All reports are customized for each participating nonprofit, allowing it to quickly and easily compare its responses to relevant peer organizations by geographic location, annual revenue, and organizational focus.  Each report shows 1^st through 4^thquartile benchmark data on the following metrics:

• Number of Organizations Reporting
• Number of Employees

Annual Salary (minimum, average, median, maximum, 25^th and 75^th percentiles)
Incentive/Bonus (% of organizations paying, % of FTEs receiving, max. payout as % of salary, average % of salary paid)
Total Cash Compensation (minimum, average, median, and maximum, 25^th and 75^th percentiles)
