The survey results will include compensation and benefits information for multiple levels within an organization. Reports will be available at the Operating Unit, Job Family and Individual Position levels. Each report will include your organization’s specific data to allow for quick and easy comparisons with relevant organizations by geographic location, annual revenue, and organizational focus. Operating Unit Reports:
Operating Unit reports provide compensation data at the organization level. All reports are customized for each participating nonprofit, allowing it to quickly and easily compare its responses to relevant peer organizations by geographic location, annual revenue, and organizational focus. Each report shows 1st through 4th quartile benchmark data on the following metrics:

Job Family Reports:
Job Family reports provide compensation data for a group of related benchmark jobs in the survey. All reports are customized for each participating nonprofit, allowing it to quickly and easily compare its responses to relevant peer organizations by geographic location, annual revenue, and organizational focus. Benefits Practice reports provide detailed information about benefits eligibility, plan costs and participation levels for the following areas: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, general organizational benefits and executive perks. All reports are customized for each participating nonprofit, allowing it to quickly and easily compare its responses to relevant peer organizations by geographic location, number of employees, annual revenue, and organizational focus.
